Die rechtsprechende Gewalt wird in der Republik Belarus durch das Verfassungsgericht, das Oberste Gericht und durch die Regional- und Bezirksgerichte ausgeübt.

Pour saisir l'importance de la lexicologie, il vaut la peine de réfléchir sur nos capacités de manipulation lexicale. Chaque locuteur d'une langue possède des milliers de mots. Certains de ces mots sont utilisés tous les jours, mais d'autres n'apparaissent pas dans la bouche ou sous le stylo qu'une ou deux fois par année. Malgré cela, nous arrivons à trouver les mots qu'il nous faut dans un instant, sans même y faire attention. Il y a donc une question de stockage et d'accès qu'il faut examiner.

Sprachen der Welt gibt. In künstlich zusammengestellten Sprachen wie in der Esperantosprache, fehlt gerade diese Varianz, damit sie leichter erlernbar ist. Da viele Benutzer dieses Lehrbuchs Ungarisch als Ausgangssprache sprechen und die deutsche Standardsprache häufig im institutionellen Rahmen gelernt haben, muss betont werden, dass sie „nur“ die deutsche Standardsprache gelernt haben, die aber nicht mit dem Deutschen identisch ist. Synthetisierende Grammatikdarstellungen zeigen zwar ein homogenes Bild auch bezüglich der deutschen Sprache. Trotzdem müssen vor allem im phonetischen Bereich die Varianzerscheinungen immer berücksichtigt werden.
