Область применения: теоретические результаты исследования  создают реальную возможность для совершенствования теории и практики современной педагогической науки; теоретический и методологический анализ проблемы и рекомендации способствуют обогащению и дополнению содержания педагогических дисциплин; разработанные учебные пособия, электронные учебники, учебно-методические комплексы элективных курсов могут быть использованы в учебно-воспитательном процессе высших и средних специальных учебных заведениях, в системе повышения квалификации педагогических кадров.

Перспективы: вместе с тем осуществленное исследование в связи с многоаспектностью не претендует на всестороннее и полное рассмотрение исследуемой проблематики. Требуется дальнейшие исследования таких вопросов, как: проблемы совершенствования содержания современной казахской педагогической науки, проблемы комплексного использования педагогических идей аль-Фараби, Ю.Баласагуни, М.Кашгари в системе образования.

in modern Kazakh Pedagogics Science

Today, when Kazakhstan is on the eve of the socio-economic renewal and political democratization, there is a need to review the history of the formation and development of Kazakh pedagogics science. Message to the modern Kazakh pedagogics science, the values of world civilization requires continuity of the development of modern science, the ratio of cultural development of each nation with the development of the entire human community. By analyzing the works of Al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari, a thousand-year history, we can see that they have made a great contribution to the provision of pedagogics from philosophy and presentation of it as independentt scientific system. In this regard, great importance is the study of educational thought Al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari, the major source of the Kazakh teaching of science and understanding of their ideas based on modern pedagogical concepts and gained experience in this area has become a practical necessity.

The purpose of the research: a conceptual justification of teaching ideas of Al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari as the foundation of the Kazakh pedagogics science and the development of content and methods of their use in the process of high educational instituions.

The object of research: the establishment and development of modern Kazakh pedagogics science.

The subject of research:: the system of teaching ideas of al-Farabi, Y.Balasaguni, M. Kashgari in modern Kazakh pedagogics science.

Methodological basis of the research:

- historical, philosophical, sociological and cultural situation of dialectical intersectionality of human and national values;

  - axiological and systematic approach to the study of historical and educational reality;

- teaching about the philosophy of morality and basic philosophy of education trends in the contemporary world;

- general principles of dialectical development of the individual;

- the principles of historical, scientific objectivity and determination of historical truth;

- conceptual provision of humanitarian pedagogiccs of value-meaning and cultural grounds education;

- provisions personality-oriented approach to creative activities;

- conceptual approaches of researchers to analyze the historical events and processes, facts and events to the definition of historical stages of development of society, the trends of historical development.

Methods of research:

- philosophical: dialectic method of learning, induction and deduction;

- general scientific: historical, systemic – structural, analitical,

logical;

- methods of historical analysis: historical- philosophical, historical and

genetic, historical and systematic, cultural, comparative , retrospective;

- methods of teaching comparative – pedogogics reaserch: a systematic -structured, systematic - analytical, study and analysis of scientific literature, archival materials, predicting performance.

The results of the work:

- theoretically justified methodological and functional essence of becoming a modern Kazakh pedagogics science as part of the world pedagogy;

- identified socio-cultural foundations for the emergence of teaching ideas Turkic peoples;

- determined the content of teaching ideas Turkic peoples of the early Middle Ages as the original roots of the emergence of modern Kazakh pedagogics science;

- from the perspective of modern pedagogy first conceptually justified teaching the theory of the great thinkers of the Turkish Al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari as modern Kazakh pedagogics science;

- disclosured of interaction and shows the historical continuity of teaching ideas of al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari;

- identified the role and place of teaching ideas of al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari in modern Kazakh pedagogics science and identified key areas of improvement;

- worked out scientific guidelines on the use of teaching theories of Al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari in higher vocational education;

- for use in the educational process in higher and secondary special educational institutions in training teachers developed:

The sphere of use: theoretical results of the reaserch creates a real opportunity to improve the theory and practice of modern pedagogics science; theoretical and methodological analysis of and recommendations contribute to the enrichment and supplement the content of teacher education; formulated textbooks, electronic textbooks, educationall - methodological complexes elective courses can be used educational process at higher and secondary special educational institutions in training teachers.

Prospects: However, the implementation of the research in conjunction with multidimensional does not purport to be full and complete review of the s research. Further studies of such issues as: the problem of improving the teaching of modern Kazakh pedagogics science, the problem of the integrated use of teaching ideas of al-Farabi, Y. Balasaguni, M. Kashgari in the education system.
