Introduction 

      The problems of modern youth, in essence, constitute a problem not only of today's younger generation, but also society as a whole, on whose solution depends not only today but tomorrow is our society. These problems are interrelated with one hand, and proceed from objective processes taking place in the world today - globalization, informatization, urbanization, and so on. On the other hand, they have their own specificity, mediated the contemporary Russian reality and pursued the youth on youth policy. In my opinion, today there are many social problems that are destroying the life of our Russian youth. Today's young people protest against a society hooked on bad habits, and even degrading ... On the fundamental problems of modern youth, I will tell later. 
 

Where are from the problems of youth? 

   The problems of young people are particularly acute outside the big cities. Against the background of the urban bustle seems that these problems do not exist at all. All ran away, all busy with something. In the province of the same things very differently. On the face of progressive disease of modern youth - savagery and degradation. Generally, if you look, the term "youth issues" over the past 20 years has become another empty words from the lips of the government. The same as "stable", "increase of pensions", "modernization". There is now a "youth" in its true sense? If the USSR was still possible to speak of a community of people of a certain age who grew up, if not in the same conditions, it is very similar: a single entity for the same textbooks, unified view of the political life (CPSU), the common media, common features, common social responsibility (eg, military service for youths), now in the face of the full socio - economic stratification of society, called the youth. And not only the youth has created a problem. 
 

Education 

For example, education. All schools implemented reforms have proven ineffective, and preparing, so absurd and stupid, which has already caused a huge uproar. Riot all: students, teachers and parents. "Above", in response to the allegations, hear the tale of a salary increase and increasing the prestige of the teacher. As a result, the output from the school get scared and confused children. What they choose next? I think it is not the teaching profession… 

Family 

   Family. It is here that the child is given the basic rules of life. It is here understood the true values ​​such as love, caring and friendship. But there is a downside. Social - dysfunctional families. Quite simply - the poor. Being in the frustration of many of these families, they see only one way out - alcohol. The consequence is utter discord in the family. In particular, it is one of the main problems of provincial families. What can a child in a state of constant stress, abuse, humiliation and physical abuse. Nothing. In contrast there is an example provided by the family of the "elite" of the "bourgeoisie," where a child from an early age has it all: nanny, money, cars, apartments, place in an elite university, work in, "my father's organization." In the first case comes negativism and aggression in the second - narcissism and cynicism. In this issue, as there is not a drop of guilt children. For many years the government "top" advocated the extermination of poverty and destitution, for the equalization of living standards, but the result is the same: social stratification, it was, is and will be until it's on the arm of power. Since it is the authorities and there are people who profit from social inequality, poverty and misery of society. 

Teen homelssness

   A consequence of the above problems is children and young people homeless. The peak came in her 90s. And right now, and noticeable decline in homelessness - is, alas, is not the result of actions by the authorities, and the fact that the majority of "those" homeless has grown 90, ending his way either in prison or the grave. The problem, again, not youth, and the authorities. And the authorities do not intend to solve it. The only thing that can now be done with the waif - it put him in the rehabilitation center, a maximum of one month, then pushing back on the street. And so it goes in a circle…

Children’s juvenile delinquency 

      According to the generally accepted ideology of capitalism provides a reference to the material well-being, but the material resources, in consequence of the unequal distribution of them absolutely, at all lacking. Hence, another issue - children's and juvenile delinquency. This is a problem as no one is going to fight. It was too profitable a business - shake out with the help of law enforcement money from parents of teens who break the law. 

The problem of sexual exploitation of children 

     We can not ignore the problem of sexual exploitation of children, the flowering of teenage prostitution and pornography. Certainly not the children came up with this problem. In the context of the social stratification of society, we can say that prostitution and pornography involved children are not governors, judges, prosecutors, deputies and officials, but just the same poor people from the lowest stratum of society. Company, did not leave them the right choice. Bad joke about the girls who came to enroll in college and found themselves on the panel, alas, is a harsh reality… 

  The main problems of young people and Russian society in general. 

    The key problem is alcoholism and drug addiction. Almost every resident of the province is using alcohol. The main difference between the drinker from the alcoholic is the fact that the first works, and second to none. Widespread alcoholism and into the hands of the state. Consider the example of the "struggle" of the state alcohol and tobacco - increase in excise duties on these products. Alcohol and nicotine are powerful drugs, but at the same time, are not prohibited and are commercially available. Any addict is willing to pay any money for a dose. It will also increase, and after excise taxes. Alcoholics and smokers will buy another bottle and another pack of cigarettes regardless of the cost. The crown of all - the flourishing underground. Counterfeit "counterfeit" vodka and "left" Tobacco will get all the conditions for the spread and flourish. And the authorities will have the money, and on this side and on the other side. 

Conclusion 

All of this is the serious social problems of young people. There are also such problems as:

 
• Imposed xenophobia (the Caucasus and Islamophobia); 
• Deprivation of the right of political activity by establishing one-party regime in the country close to the monarchy. 
• Suppression of real opposition (not fake, like the Communist Party or the Liberal Democratic Party, and the present) 
• The cultural degradation (destruction of the right media, the cult of "pop" of information, where in the first place: the scandals, violence and sex); 
• Degradation of the family, etc.;

 
This list could go on indefinitely, but the essence remains the same - the power of the state and gave rise to these problems and they are not going to solve them. They are, by contrast, are creating new problems. And the solution, unfortunately, is hidden deep in the subconscious of the society, closing on all of this. There is solution. We just need the courage to act…
