Основным законодательным документом, устанавливающим особенности правового регулирования всех видов внешнеэкономической деятельности в Украине, является Закон Украины от 16.04.91 г. № 959-XII «О внешнеэкономической деятельности». Особенности осуществления расчетов в иностранной валюте регулируются Законом Украины от 23.09.94 г. № 185/94-ВР «О порядке осуществления расчетов в иностранной валюте».

Содержание

1. Порядок осуществления расчетов в иностранной валюте при осуществлении внешнеэкономической деятельности.
2. Международный валютный фонд.
3. Разработать проект международного договора купли-продажы.

Deformed reinforcing steel bars for ferroconcrete structures (weldable):

 DSTU 3760-98, class  A 400S, A 500S;  
 Packing:  
Coils up to 5 -7 tons with a fixed number of bars in a bundle.  
 №№ 8-28 - in bundles up to 5 tons, with length up to 12000 mm (±100 mm);  
 №№ 6 and 8 - in coils up to 550 kg. Dimensions of a coil: height up to 400 mm; OD - 1400-1450 mm; ID - 850-900 mm. Binding at 2 places;  
 № 8 class A 400S can be also packed into coils of 1100-1500 kg, 1500-2100 kg.  
The height of a coil is up to 1500 mm, 1750 mm; OD - 1250 mm; ID - 850 mm.  
Binding with wire rods diam. 5,5-7,0 mm: 4 radial bindings and 1 transverse binding.

LETTER   OF   INDEMNITY

We have been informed that our client “___________” has entered with you in financial transaction.

Furthermore, we understand that according to the conditions of the contract –  a bank guarantee will be issued in favour of our client “______________” and registered at EUROCLEAR Systems, if we –________Bank– indemnity the issuing bank as follows:  

We, __________bank, irrevocable undertake to pay to you upon request - earliest after

the maturity of the bank guarantee of one year and one day – the sum of USD (say:) including

the interest rate payment of LIBOR ‘ 10bp upon receipt of your duly signed demand for

payment in writing stating that “___________” is in breach of his obligation.  

To fulfill its obligations “________________________”  

  1. 1.      To give back the original bank guarantee to the issuing bank (through EURO-

    CLEAR System) and pay the agreed interest.

  1. 2.      To pay as wire transfer or SWIFT the USD  _________ plus the agreed interest

    directly to the issuing bank and therefore keeping the bank guarantee.
