There is the only obscure question: from where to take estimates of the prices and costs of future periods. Already functioning company takes these values from own statistics of expenses and behavior of the prices taking into account future changes in economy. It is necessary to consider in particular seasonal fluctuation in prices, actions of competitors, emergence of the goods substitutes (especially in the hi-tech markets). Again created firms can't lean on a personal experience owing to that absence, therefore, for them calculation for analogy to firms already operating in this branch is possible only.

To make the offer follows carefully taking into account the description of the offered goods, conditions of their delivery and payment, conditions of providing the help and training. It is necessary to develop the list of criteria of final selection and to create the commission for the analysis of offers.
Expenses and time expenses on the organization of competition should be compensated by an economy way on the prices, observance of terms of delivery or payment of penalties in case of a delay. Time prior to the beginning of work of the enterprise has the cost therefore the conclusion of the contract with the supplier after tendering will allow to save means and will promote receiving effect from investments.
Uniqueness/difference of production - difference of your production from production of your competitors.
No success can be reached, if the businessman unable to give distinctive features of the production in comparison with production of competitors. Technical innovations, features of packing or appeal of the guarantees offered the consumer could be such differences.
Packing - external registration of production, including the size and capacity.
The most important stage of marketing is the packing choice as it makes the first impression of the consumer about production: color, the size, the wrapper type, printed technical and commercial information - all this should be carefully developed and checked by means of buyers.
Terms of payment - conditions which are stipulated with suppliers and buyers taking into account time between the order (or delivery) and payment of production, used instruments of payment and possibilities of granting discounts. Terms of payment have huge value as they cause the size of working capital.
