Цель данной курсовой работы – анализ специфики транснациональных корпораций и деятельности французских ТНК.
Задачи курсовой работы:
выяснить сущность ПИИ и ТНК;
проанализировать особенности организации деятельности ТНК в современном мире;
рассмотреть специфику гос. Регулирования деятельности ТНК;
охарактеризовать инвестиционную деятельность французских компаний;
рассмотреть положения о сотрудничестве французских и российских ТНК.
