     Effective Aid & Development in my vision.

     Our world consists of many different countries, races, nations. They are all unlike each other, they are unique. But in spite of it we have the same definition. We are people. People which have the identical rights for life. The right to breath, to see, to talk, to go, to live are given to all of us. But this world is not ideal. There are some people which have various difficulties influencing on their life in whole. And it`s not their blame that they were found in such situation. So there a question arises: “Who as not human should help them in their difficulty?”

     Many regions of world as Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania have very low living standards. In most cases they are developing countries or countries of the third world. People there are poor and live under the oppression of poverty. They don`t have enough money to provide themselves with necessary things. Because people there live on less that one dollar a day. They don`t have much opportunities to make their life better, to achieve a success. Most of them don`t have a profession, because there is no chance to get education for majority of population. Children there want to get education, want to learn many interesting information. They don`t have computers and internet. So the just one source of information for them is school. Also there is a lack of medicine, health service and with it there are insanitary conditions. People have to live in such way knowing that if they are ill, there is a long shot that they will get medicine help. Population is not guilty of it. Of course government should help them, should improve the situation. But because of less of money the problem can`t be solved. Usually economy of these countries is unharmonious in development of sector of national economy. It`s difficult to normalize situation in such condition without any external aid.

     If there countries or organizations, which are able to render aid and give support, what they should do to make their aid more effective? To my mind first of all they should find out the reason of problem. Thereto it`s important to get to know the history, peculiarity of society`s progress, culture and traditions of country. After analyzing all these facts donors should arrive at a decision of best way of rendering aid. Donors should give support, not to participate in the administration of country, just to help in development of economy. Aid will be effective if it help to build hospitals, schools and necessary equipment for it. Such aid will make a huge difference to the lives of poor people. I believe that it will lead to decrease of population`s death rate, to increase of the number of children who have chance to get education. And then educated people will make better their country by themselves.

     Also there are people which can`t do something what others do. They are disable people and people with diseases. These people were born with such problems or they received it by an accident. Such people can live in developed countries as well as in developing countries, but however they have less opportunity to show their worth. It is occur that sometimes disable people and people with diseases become social outcast. The reason of it is that others don`t understand their position and mind. There are lots of social organization directional on such people. Of course it`s great that this problem goes unnoticed. But is there always effective aid in such organization? As for me there should be measures that will help disable people and people with diseases find their importance in life, realize that they are part of our society and track with others. They shouldn`t separate from world, they should learn how to unite with society, to become one world together.

     As we know there are many different nations with their inimitable languages in our world. About three hundred nations live on a planet. And there are about three thousand languages, spoken by people. But in such diversity of nations and languages some of them become endangered. Some nations can disappear, because of small number of population. They can live in such conditions that doesn`t allow them to extend their nation. The cause of it may be oppression of poverty and other big nations, confusion of blood. In such situation donors should to provide conditions, in which nation can develop and increase population. Another problem connected with extinct languages. There are lots of languages, which become less usable by people. Disappearing of nations influence on extinct languages. Less people talk on them. And soon it may be that, there will be no on person who talks on it. Also there can be situations, in which native speakers use their language less. Environmental effects and influence of other languages causes on extinction. Native speakers turned out in such conditions, in which it is not useful and necessary to use language. Everything they need is connected with other language. So adults don`t use their language, young people don`t know it. Only aged keep the language and use it. But time will show that no one will be left, who speaks on this language. Language is a part of nation, of its tradition, culture and history. It is a part of all our world. It is a wealth that went to us from forefathers. So we should to keep it. And there donors should show aid in keeping languages. It may be spreading of language, making the language necessary for life of native speakers.

     People for many centuries are closely related to nature. We always use nature`s gifts. But while using it we pollute our planet. And now a variety of environmental problems affect at our world. Some of the largest problems that affecting the world are air and water pollution, ozone depletion. Overpopulation, aced rain, global warming an so on. To my mind we should to solute these international problems by joint efforts.  Because all this facts influence on our lives. Air and water pollution doesn`t allow us breath fresh air and drink pure water. Because of ozone depletion we become subjected to ultraviolet lights. We become weaken, our health become worse, more and more babies are born with sick health.  Also we shouldn`t forget about animals. We can`t live on this planet alone. So there is a problem of overpopulation. Every ten minutes one kind of animal, insect or plant dies out for ever. They are a parts of this world. As we they have a right to live here. So if nothing is done with it, million species that are alive today will become extinct. In this situation donors should make programs of protecting nature from pollution. Every person living on this planet should understand that he is responsible for his home, home is our nature, and for every member of his home.

     While we have environmental problems there will be cataclysms. When cataclysm happens people become powerless, they can`t do anything to avoid it. It is terrible that thousands lives can die immediately. Flood, earthquake, tsunami, hurricane can start suddenly. And there can be many victims after these cataclysms. All these victims get into trouble. Some of them die and others survive, but can become without family, friends and home. They are in such situation, when they need in a help. So we shouldn`t stand aside, when such happens. Donor should provide as a material aid as a spiritual aid. Because all victims endured the worst and awful moment of their life. It is necessary for them to get a spiritual support and help of psychologists. So such aid should be given in such moments.

     I`m a representative of new generation. And further development of the world will depend on how our generation will act. It is necessary to know what happens with our countries, with our world now, what problems disturb people. Today we live in age of globalization. The borders between people obliterate little by little. The world becomes open. Countries and people should actively cooperate with each other. We should pursue object of becoming and developing our world better. They say that if you want to change something you should firstly start to change yourself. As I know there are lots of social organization, union of countries which are oriented to help people that need in it. Also there are many volunteer organizations. Its members are ready to help people without any compensation and rely on only their possibilities. It`s great that young people take part in such activities too. This fact shows that they are interested in universal wellbeing. I think that is unfair that someone lives badly, with serious difficulties in life, while others live well. And it doesn’t depend on them. We are all equal, so there shouldn`t be someone who is deprived of a good life. We are people, which live in a big “family”. As members of this “family” we should help each other in various difficulties. It will help us to understand each other, become more tolerant and avoid any conflicts and even wars. It seems to me that every person is richness of world. All our traditions culture history and languages are richness too. We should be proud that we have it and to understand the importance of it. So it`s necessary to keep it and carry from our forefathers to future progeny. And effective aid and development will help in it. But what is effective aid? It`s a result of aid that really changed people`s live in good way. For it we should help people in all sincerity, put our heart and soul in it. And it will teach us to appreciate every part of our world.

I call everyone to pay attention to it. May be someone says that there is no money to help others. But aid can`t be only material. I believe that the most important aid is spiritual aid. First of all people should understand the situation of people, who need in a help. Then they should show their aid by spiritual support or by activities aimed to help people. You can have no money but you should have a wish in a temper to show people that they aren`t alone, that they are important as for society as for world in whole. I respect such activities and people who are interested in it. As for me I`ve had a chance to help people that need in it. When I`ve studied at school I with my classmates organized a charity action for disabled children in our town. First of all we invited their center to see how they live there, to know in what they need. They said that it will be great to present them air-conditioners. Because it is so hot in summer in our town. So it`s insufferably to stay at center. We didn`t have money to help them. But we organized charity fair and charity performance at our school. We call other students of school to take part in our activity. All things that we sold were made by ourselves. We took part in performance personally. Collected funds with support of donor company we committed to buying air-conditioner for disable children. It was a great experience. It`s wonderful to realize that you helped someone, that your aid made people more happy. Frankly saying I will never forget it and I want to take part in such activity again.
