Мы  попросили о встрече  с вами, мы недовольны, как ваши товары направляются.

We've carefully studied your complaints.Мы внимательно изучили ваши жалобы.

You're perfectly correct as to the short delivery. Two items lacked in the consignment of equipment we sent you. Вы совершенно правильно, как на короткий доставки. Два пункта не хватало в партию оборудования, мы послали вам.

We apologize for the oversight. It won't happen again. Мы приносим извинения за недосмотр. Это больше не повторится.

-When will you send us these parts? Когда вы вышлите нам эти части?

-This week by air. На этой неделе по воздуху.

-But what about the packaging? Но как насчет упаковки? The cover of one of one container was badly damaged. На обложке одной из одного контейнера был сильно поврежден. The equipment in this container was damaged too. Оборудование в этот контейнер был поврежден слишком.

It wasn't our fault. The equipment was packet in the required way.
