It’s hard to describe the works of Salvador Dalí. He is an iconoclastic and controversial figure in the art world. Yet he’s much more than that. Dalí’s work holds a number of influences and inspirations that set him apart from other artists. On a personal level, I’ve always been attracted to these images, because they seem to have been born in dreams and were then expressed in a way that we could all experience them as vividly as Dalí himself.

So and now i'm reading about surrealism and something interesting about surrealism dali.
The Surrealist movement was founded in Paris by a small group of writers and artists.
Surrealism has come to be seen as the most influential movement in twentieth century art. Figures like Salvador Dalí and Man Ray not only had an important influence on avant-garde art,
Dali’s surrealism, doesn’t present any politics, an aesthetic beauty, a history, or anything else. In his art there is only a Surrealistic Creativity, which transforms everything into something new. Dali painted about everything that was essential for the person of that time. For sane people, Dali’s art was something inconceivable and shocking.
