My future profession

В мире существует около  трех тысяч профессий. Бесспорно, все они важны. Но с годами я все больше убеждаюсь в том, что моя будущая профессия - врач - нужнейшая, важнейшая для человечества. Что может быть ценнее жизни и необходимее здоровья? И потому человек не имеет права быть плохим врачом, так как именно врачу доверяют самое ценное - здоровье. Убежденная, что «возвратить человечеству миллионы солнечных дней» - самая главная задача врача. Оздоровить человека - это предупредить недуг, убедить пациента в необходимости вести здоровый образ жизни, это и научить человека правильно воспринимать окружающий мир, ориентироваться в нем, адекватно реагировать на разные раздражители, правильно питаться, правильно дышать и т.п. Очень важно не терять глубокого уважения к больным, уметь выслушать, понять, помочь.

Существует  выражение: если больному после разговора с врачом не стало лучше, значит, это - не врач. Действительно, сила врача в его сердце, в слове к человеку. Есть много авторитетных врачей, светил медицинской науки, прекрасных мастеров своего дела, которые оставили и оставляют о себе всемирную славу. Можно назвать такие знаменитые имена, как Павлов, Амосов, Мечников, Сеченов… Но наибольшим авторитетом для меня стал Николай Иванович Пирогов, который спас жизнь тысячам больных, сделал грандиозные открытия - эфирный наркоз и гипсовую повязку при переломах. Пирогов был вундеркиндом. Когда ему исполнилось четырнадцать лет, стал студентом Московского университета, а в двадцать два - профессором в Германии. Блестящий хирург, замечательный диагностик, он спас жизнь молодому Дмитрию Менделееву, распознав и вылечив редчайшую к тому времени болезнь сердца. А скольким еще пациентам вернул он здоровье?! Его имя овеяно легендой. Даже сейчас винничане убеждены: если человек больной, следует спуститься к врачу, закрыть глаза, протянуть руки к нему и попросить помочь. Помогает…

Как много зависит от умения, профессионализма, доброты врача. Чем авторитетнее врач, тем более целебное его лекарство. У настоящего врача тело и душа больного, будто скрипка в руках музыканта. Профессия врача - это подвиг, она нуждается в самопожертвовании, чистоте души и чистоте помыслов. Отработает большое и ответственное дело. Врач не имеет права пусть на наименьшую ошибку, так как она дорого стоит. Поэтому так важно научиться мастерству, овладеть всеми сложностями врачебной науки еще в вузе. Меня захватывает эта профессия еще с детских лет. Я готова с чистой совестью и чистыми руками взяться за это ответственное дело.

Всех  медиков объединяет одно - любовь к больному, сопереживание за его здоровье. В наше время экологического затруднения на медиков ложатся трудным грузом болезни общества. Мои будущие коллеги, получая зарплату или нет, должны стоять в операционных, решая судьбу человека. Именно они, люди в белых халатах, вселяют надежду и веру в выздоровление в больных. Так как без веры больной не станет на ноги. А кто знает, что сегодня на душе у самого врача? Человек живой столько, сколько жива память о нем. Много великих людей оставили о себе хорошие воспоминания. У врачей - это тысячи вылеченных, вернувшихся к жизни людей, у писателей - их бессмертные произведения. У художников - гениальные картины, что приводят в удивление человечество многих возрастов, у музыкантов, композиторов - их бессмертные шедевры. Выдающийся философ, поэт, мыслитель, учитель - Г. Сковорода смысл жизни усматривал в познании самого себя, окружающего мира и Бога в себе. Он считал необходимым прожить жизнь так, чтобы совесть была, «как чистый хрусталь». Для меня смысл жизни в самосовершенствовании. Мне нравится учить, познавать каждый раз новое, делать для себя маленькие открытия каждого дня. Важно заботиться об отношениях с людьми, особенно с близкими, чтобы общение приносило всегда пользу и удовлетворение. Считаю предпосылкой полноценной жизни человека - свободу, свободу от страхов, от глупости, от любого давления.   

Все должны понять, что  жизнь, прожитая лишь для себя - это порох, который развеется бесследно. Лишь стремление к сиянию высоких идеалов добра, справедливости, стремление помочь людям, быть им нужным, быть справедливым - вот что делает человека значимым. На жизненном пути, к сожалению, есть множество препятствий, испытаний. И именно тогда человеку нужна вера, которая его спасает от ошибок и помогает найти правильный выход из затруднительных ситуаций.

To improve the person is to warn an illness, to convince the patient of necessity to conduct a healthy way of life, it and to teach the person to perceive correctly world around, to be guided in it, adequately to react to different irritants, correctly to eat, correctly to breathe, etc. very important not to lose deep respect for patients, to be able to listen, understand, help. 
There is an expression: if to the patient after conversation with the doctor it be not become better, means, it - not the doctor. Really, force of the doctor in its heart, in a word to the person. There are many authoritative doctors, stars of a medical science, fine experts who have left and leave about itself the world glory. It is possible to name such well-known names as Pavels, Amoss, Mechnikov, Setchenov … But the greatest authority for me became Nikolay Ivanovich Pirogov who has saved life to thousand patients, has made grandiose discoveries - a radio narcosis and a plaster bandage at crises. Pies was the child prodigy. When to it it was executed fourteen years, became the student of the Moscow university, and in twenty two - the professor in Germany. The brilliant surgeon, remarkable diagnostics, it has saved life to young Dmitry Mendeleyev, having distinguished and having cured the rare by then a heart trouble. As depends on ability, professionalism, kindness of the doctor much. Than more authoritatively the doctor, its especially curative medicine. At the present doctor a body and soul of the patient, as if a violin in hands of the musician. The trade of the doctor is a feat, it needs self-sacrifice, cleanliness of soul and cleanliness of thoughts. Will fulfill the big and responsible business. The doctor has no right let on the least error as it costs much. Therefore so it is important to learn skill, to seize all complexities of a medical science in high school. I am am grasped by this trade still since childhood. I am ready with a clear conscience and clean hands to undertake this responsible business. 
All physicians are united by one - love to the patient, empathy for its health. Presently ecological difficulty on physicians lay down difficult cargo of illness of a society. My future colleagues, getting wages or not, should stand in operational, deciding destiny of the person. They, people in white dressing gowns, give to hope and belief in recover in patients. As without belief of the patient doesn't become on feet. And who knows, what today on a shower at the doctor? The person live is so much, how many memory of it is live. Much great people have left about themselves good memoirs. At doctors are thousand cured people who have come back to life, at writers - their immortal products. At artists - ingenious pictures that result in surprise mankind of many age, at musicians, composers - their immortal masterpieces. The outstanding philosopher, the poet, the thinker, the teacher - G.Skovoroda meaning of the life saw in knowledge itself, world around and God in itself. He considered necessary to live life so that conscience was, «as pure crystal». For me meaning of the life in self-improvement. I like to learn, learn each time new, to make for myself small discoveries of each day. It is important to care of relations with people, especially with relatives that dialogue was of use always and satisfaction. I consider as the precondition of high-grade human life - freedom, freedom for fears, for nonsense, for any pressure.  
All should understand that the life lived only for is a gunpowder which will vanish completely. Only the aspiration to light of high ideals of good, justice, aspiration to help people to be it necessary, to be fair - here that does the person significant. On a course of life, unfortunately, there is a set of obstacles, tests. And then the belief which rescues it from errors is necessary to the person and helps to find a correct way out of inconvenient situations.
