Look at the world situation and the relationships between nations. What could, should (or should not), must (or must not) be done to improve understanding?

Direct reason of origin of international conflicts is divergence and conflict of interests.People must in good time settle such contradictions.With conflicts it is needed to fight long before that, how they will arise up.

I think that for the decision of such conflicts people must more tolerant belong to each other. In my opinion this question needs serious intervention from the government of entire countries. Authorities must heave up this question and come to  the single decision of this problem.Similarly the ways of permission of intergovernmental conflict can be: diplomatic settlement by negotiations; changing of political leaders or modes; achievement of temporal compromise.

Political leaders must  for the removal of ethnic tension do the following:

• to create ethnically neutral subdivisions of police and army with determination of their clear functions and plenary powers in conflict actions;
• to carry out the special control after safety and motion of weapon;
• maximally strictly to pursue by law of organizers of street disturbances with absolute and exact execution of sentences.

Everybody must remember that deciding this problem is possible only together.
