1. Translate the text. Please remember the words:

PO: OK. What about the windows?
T: Well, the downstairs ones are always locked.
PO: And upstairs?
T: Well, I think most of the windows were probably locked.
PO: Are you sure?
T: Yes, I checked them all because I knew we would be out all day.
PO: Well, I can`t understand it. Let`s go and look round. Perhaps I`ll notice something you`ve missed.
Police officer says that tenant isn’t sure how the thieves got in. And he says that he want to ask tenant a few questions about the house, before he look around. Tenant answer that police officer can do it. Police officer asks him if he always lock the door when he goes out. Tenant answers that he definitely locked it yesterday. Police officer says that ok and asks that what about the windows. Tenant answers that the downstairs ones are always locked. Police officer asks about upstairs and tenant answers that he thinks that most of the windows were probably locked. Police officer asks if tenant sure and he answers that he sure and he checked them all because he knew they would be out all day. Police officer says that he can’t understand it and he offers to tenant to go and look around and that he wants to notice something that tenant has missed.
